Conferment is our largest event of the year, and it keeps growing. Last year with had nearly 90 insurance professionals and 25 different companies in attendance. This event serves as a platform for individuals to connect and gain inspiration from industry peers, ranging from early career entrants to distinguished senior executives. It includes a networking hour followed by dinner, a Conferment ceremony for our New Designees, and a keynote speech delivered by Liz Kramer, President of E&S at Munich Re Specialty Insurance and President of the Association of Professional Insurance Women (APIW).

Our Chapter delivers insurance-focused educational, networking, leadership, and mentorship opportunities that develop professional excellence. Sponsorships help us to deliver this value and support our community. Our Chapter is committed to supporting non-profits and local businesses, and every purchase at the Pond House supports the Elizabeth Park Conservancy.
