• Range, Practice Green, & Locker Room available

• 11:00 am: Lunch

• 12:00 pm: Shotgun start / Scramble format

• Dinner, Raffle & Awards following golf

• $200 per individual player

• $950 per foursome (incl. lunch, golf & cart, dinner, & tee sponsor sign)

• $250 per Tee Sponsor sign w/o a foursome. Additional sponsorship opportunities and benefits at the Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum Levels

• No metal spikes – proper attire required

• Open to non-CPCU’s – a great way to entertain agents and clients or just have fun with coworkers/friends

Directions to The Country Club of Farmington:

From East or West: Route I 84 to exit 39. Follow Rte 4 West 1.6 miles to Farmington Center. The Club is on the right just before the intersection of Rtes 10 and 4.

From North: Route I 91 south to route I 84 west. Take exit 39 "Route 4 Farmington". Follow Rte 4 West 1.6 miles to Farmington Center. The Club is on the right just before the intersection of Rtes 10 and 4.

From South: Route I 91 to Rte I 691 to Rte I 84 East to Exit 39 "Rte 4 Farmington" (left exit). Follow Rte 4 West 1.6 miles to Farmington Center. The Club is on the right just before the intersection of Rtes 10 and 4.

From Southwest: Merrit Parkway or Rte I 95 to Rte 8 North to Rte I 84 East to Exit 39 "Rte 4 Farmington" (left exit). Follow Rte 4 West 1.6 miles to Farmington Center. The Club is on the right just before the intersection of Rtes 10 and 4.
